Main home and two, 2-bedroom guest homes connected by private court yard with beautiful pool and outdoor bar. Plenty of room for family/friends. Short distance to beaches, within walking distance to restaurants, marketplace and so much more.

The space
Main House

Main house (master bedroom with his and her baths), rec room, living room with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the New Seabury award-winning ocean golf course.

Guest House

The first guest house has two bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with triple queen bunk beds), two baths and a small TV room with kitchenette.

Pool House

The second guest house has a living room, kitchenette, a bedroom with queen bed, one bath and a kids room with twin over full bunk bed.

All homes are connected by breezeways or deck and are connected to a gorgeous court yard with stunning Gunite in-ground pool and outside wet bar.

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen smart TV’s.

Property is within walking distance to all New Seabury has to offer – restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf and much more.
