The space
This home is super clean, with great ocean views and 100 yards to the beach. New Seabury is one of the absolute best spots on Cape Cod.

Other things to note
This is one of the very best locations on Cape Cod! Please note: in May into early June the beach may undergo replenishment (adding sand) which may limit private beach access during the week days during this period. Weekend/evening access will not be affected and near-by the public beach is not affected.
